~Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie~
Open a young coconut, pour water into a blender
next scoop out the soft coconut meat add to blender
Add heaping Tablespoon of almond butter
2 pitted dates
blend until smooth


~Additions~

Chocolate: Add 1 Tablespoon cacao powder and/or cacao nibs

Chocolate mint: Add a few mint leaves, cacao powder & remove almond butter

Green Goodness: Add Spirulina & chlorella

Superfood: Add goji berries, acai juice, and chlorella
